Want to learn more about your obligations and responsibilities as an association director?  The Director’s Certification Course, provided through our educational affiliate, CAM AUTHORITY, LLC, may be just what you need!  This course has been approved by the Florida Division of Condominiums, Mobile Homes and Timeshares to satisfy the requirements of Section 720.3033 Florida Statutes which requires that, within 90 days after being elected or appointed to the board, each director certify in writing to the secretary of the association that he or she has read the association’s declaration of covenants, articles of incorporation, bylaws, and current written rules and policies; or in the alternative submit a certificate of having satisfactorily completed and educational curriculum administered by a division-approved education provider.

If you have an interest in learning more about the rules and laws affecting your association, please register below.  There is no charge for the course, but attendees must pay a materials fee of $10.00.   The materials fee is waived if you are a director in a community managed by Terra Management Services, LLC, or your association is a client of Terra Law Firm, P.A.   After you have completed and submitted the registration form below you will be returned to this page for you to submit payment through Paypal.  Once your registration is processed you will be forwarded an e-mail confirming your reservation.   The Directors’ Certification Course is provided subject to Terms and Conditions which can be found here
