MAILBOX – IMPORTANT CORRECTION: Mailbox unit is metal (NOT plastic as noted in May 2018 letter to Owners!) In addition, Home Depot on Bruce B. Downs has approved paint colors on file. Be sure to ask for Osprey Pointe colors (NOT Hunters Green).

Current homeowners are not required to immediately repaint their mailboxes with these new colors; however, as homeowners upgrade/replace/repaint their mailboxes, these new paint colors must be utilized. These paints may be purchased at Home Depot and has been approved by the DRB and HGCA. Thank you!
